空间规划底图数据编制与数据库建设探讨

Discussion of the Spatial Planning Map Data Compilation and Database Construction

摘要: 开展空间规划“多规合一”工作能有效解决规划矛盾、标准不统一、信息协同共用等问题,构建全省统一、相互衔接、分级管理的空间规划体系,并为健全规划衔接协调机制打下基础。本文按照《市县经济社会发展总体规划技术规范与编制导则(试行)》,对规划空间底图数据生产中数据预处理、空间开发负面清单数据提取、地表覆盖数据归类、现状建成区数据提取、过渡区数据提取等相关技术环节作了简要说明,并从空间维度的角度对今后空间规划数据库建设的相关思路进行了探讨。

Abstract: To carry out the space planning of multi-regulation,it can effectively solve the progarmme contrafictions,unified standards,information sharing and other issues.And building a spatial planning system that unified,interlinked,hierarchical-management in the entire province,as well as,laying the foundation for a sound coordination mechanism. According to "Guidance on the technical specifications and preparation of the overall planning of economic and social development in cities and counties (Trial)",we briefly described the technical problems in the production process of spatial planning map,such as data preprocessing,obtaining the negative inventory data in the spatial development process,classification of surface coverage,extraction of construction or transition regions,etc.Furthermore,we discussed the relevant thinking from the perspective of spatial dimension for future construction of spatial planning database.
