An Architecture of Public Sentiment Monitoring Based on Geospatial Big Data

Abstract: Several popular software of Internet public sentiment monitoring were compared and their advantages and shortcomings were comprehensively analyzed. A software architecture for Internet public sentiment monitoring based on geospatial big data was proposed. It has been tested with data acquisition, data processing, visualization of thematic networks with public sentiment, geospatial thematic map on public sentiment, geospatial spatio-temporal correlation analysis and other functions. The research has been applied to the actual project. The reslut improved the efficiency of the public sentiment monitoring system. It can be effectively used to monitor network hot events and to make a scientific decision.
