Analysis and Accuracy Evaluation of Eave Correction Based on Oblique Photography 3D Model

Abstract: 3D model, generated by oblique photography technology generally, is usually used as a way to browse the demo nstration. Its usage is simple and crude. Thus, the results are not really applied to each link of conventional surveying and mapping production. This paper studies the accuracy evaluation for method of eave correction based on oblique photography 3D model.On the basis of the exised oblique photography 3D model,we use the facade messy point orthogonal principle to correct the eaves of oblique photography 3D model of residential area. This method provides a kind of intra industry mapping model, which is of great significance to the improvement of topographic map production.
