Abstract

Abstract: In order to solve the elevational points sparsing problem in the series scale topographic map downsizing process, considering the distribution density of elevational points, topography and other factors, this paper took a method for screening and sparsing elevational points based on the points constructing TIN,combined with mean elevation plane, elevational gradient and local extreme elevational points.
