Abstract: This paper introduces the basic structure and the main working process of the wireless real-time deformation monitoring system for form-work, and proposes the use of an absolute laser taker with comprehensive instrument to mold the core components of displacement and angle sensor to monitor the accuracy of calibration, and designs wireless real-time monitoring sensors and calibration work in experimental models. Experimental analysis provides effective data support for the determination of sensor precision and the development of R & D.
