Land Intensive Utilization Evaluation of the Development Zones in City——Taking Wuhan City as an Example

Abstract:

The city development zone land shows many problems.So we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of development zones with entropy weight.This paper takes 16 development zones in Wuhan as the research objects.The study selects 10 indicators and uses the entropy weight method to target and constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to the principle of fuzzy transformation as well as the principle of maximum membership degree.We use the Python build script fuzzy calculation process to calculate the results of 16 in Wuhan city development zone vector.Finally we make use of the maximum membership degree principle to determine the corresponding degree of land intensive utilization.In the 16 development zones in Wuhan city,4 are drawn in intensive exploitation,2 are drawn in a moderate exploitation,1 is in the excessive exploitation and utilization and the rest 9 are drawn in mild utilization.In addition,this paper uses ArcGIS to query and statistic the CV of Voronoi diagram to analyze the state of 4 development zones in intensive utilization.The method used in this paper has high applicability and can provide the reality basis for land intensive utilization degree of ascension.
