Abstract:

Traditional engineering survey is easily influenced and restricted by field conditions in complex topographic survey. Therefore,in unreachable areas,it is difficult for the workers to conduct the project meeting the quality and efficiency requirements.Taking the Xingyan-road surveying project as an example, this paper proposes a method by combining the techniques of airborne LiDAR and satellite imaging, which takes full advantage of multi-source remote sensing data in the terrain interpretation and collection, and greatly reduces the load of the field work. The practical project validates that the proposed method can provide productions meeting the design requirements.Besides, the method is able to prove traditional DLG productions as well as DEM and DOM productions based on DLG.
