Abstract

Abstract: With the fast development of modem society and economy, the construction of ecological civilization and the sustainable development of regional economy, has raised higher requirements for regional resources and environment. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a long-term monitoring and early warning mechanism for resources and environmental carrying capacity. Taking Hubei province as an example, in this paper, the main construction contents of establishing of long-term monitoring and warning mechanism for resources and environmental carrying capacity is discussed from a technical level. And then some suggestions on monitoring and warning of resources and environment are put forward.
