Abstract: In this paper, we use the Sentinel-1 radar image of 14 scenes from August 2016 to August 2017, and use the small baseline set (SBAS) technique to extract ground subsidence information in the southwest of Shandong Province. Combined with special data such as roads and railways, settlement impact analysis is carried out. The results show that the ground subsidence is serious and covers a large area in the southwest of Shandong Province. The largest settlement funnel is located in the main urban area of Yancheng County, with a settlement rate of -134.06 mm/a. At the same time, ground subsidence has a certain impact on the railway, especially the larger impact on the highway. We compare with level data to verify the accuracy and timeliness of SBAS technology for settlement monitoring.
