Abstract: In the practical teaching of traditional photogrammetry, the images used by students are generally collected by large airplanes. Limited by the collection equipment, it is difficult for students to directly understand such collection equipment, which ultimately leads to the lack of practical operation and understanding of the whole process of data collection. In recent years, with the vigorous development of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), more and more universities have UAV equipment, which makes students have more data sources in the practice of photogrammetry. Taking the photogrammetry courses of surveying and mapping engineering and geographic information science of Yunnan Normal University as teaching tasks, this paper discusses the practical links of photogrammetry teaching under the background of UAV, and provides reference for the practical teaching of photogrammetry course with UAV hardware equipment.
