Abstract: This study proposes a PS-InSAR (TSC-PS-InSAR) monitoring method based on time series combination to extract the surface deformation information of Xiongxian county and suburb areas. Evaluation experiment results indicate that the proposed method can significantly increase the number of PS targets without prior model and the monitoring results are consistent to the deformation information extracted by StaMPS method in the settlement trend and settlement magnitud, which verify the reliability and feasibility of the proposed method. In addtion, according to monitoring results, the maximum annual subsidence rate of deformation area is -79 mm/a, which may be caused by groundwater overexploitation.
