Application of panoramic surveying technology in dynamic monitoring and monitoring of sea area

Abstract: The application of LiDAR scanning panoramic surveying technology in the field of surveying and mapping in the digital age is of great significance. In this paper, dynamic Marine surveillance and monitoring in Shenzhen city is taken as an example, and data acquisition means such as ship-borne, man-mounted/vehicle-mounted mobile measurement system and high-resolution remote sensing image based on satellite and uav are comprehensively applied to obtain the Marine resource basic data with full coverage, three-dimensional, high precision and high timeliness. The convenience, effectiveness and accuracy of panoramic survey of vehicle-borne LiDAR combined with multi-temporal high-resolution image superposition analysis method in Marine surveillance and monitoring are discussed. It can not only enable surveying and mapping production units to acquire data accurately and timely in a relatively short time, but also can reduce the field survey work and the follow-up processing time of the industry, greatly improving the efficiency of survey work, which is worthy of reference and promotion.
