摘要: 城市地下管线是城市基础设施的重要组成部分。推进城市地下管线普查,提高管线管理信息化、科学化水平是城市稳定发展的必然要求。本文在总结我国地下管线信息化现状的基础上,结合《国务院办公厅关于加强城市地下管线建设管理的指导意见》相关要求,就各个城市在新形势下如何开展城市地下管线信息化提出了思路,并针对管线信息化过程中的难点提出了对策。

Abstract: Urban underground pipeline is an important part of urban infrastructure. To boost urban underground pipeline general survey and improve the level of pipeline scientific and informationized management level are necessany for the city's steady development. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of underground pipeline information, combining with the requirements of "Guiding opinions of the general office of the State Council on strengthening the management of urban underground pipeline construction", the thoughts that how to carry out urban underground pipeline information under the new situation and countermeasures in view of the difficult in the process have been put forward.
