摘要/Abstract

摘要： 提出了广东省不动产登记信息管理基础平台的技术框架，重点对应用系统的体系构成及主要功能、数据库的逻辑结构及物理存储进行了总体设计，通过采用ESB、MyCAT分布式数据库中间件、OLAP多维分析等关键技术实现了平台的开发和应用，为广东省全面开展不动产登记工作提供了重要的技术保障。

关键词: 不动产单元, 不动产登记, 信息管理基础平台, 面向服务, 数据仓库

Abstract: This paper puts forward the technical framework of Guangdong province real estate registration information management platform, focuscs the overall design on the structure and main function of application system, the logical structure and physical storage of database, achieves the development and application of the platform using the ESB, MyCAT distributed database middleware, OLAP multidimensional analysis and other key technologies, and provides an important technical support for carrying out a comprehensive real estate registration in Guangdong province.
