摘要: 针对建筑物传统的立面测量手段存在作业效率低、复杂建筑物细部轮廓绘制难度大等问题,探讨了基于三维激光扫描仪的建筑物外立面测量的技术流程,并结合厦门某小区实际案例,阐述了数据采集、内业处理方法和作业过程中的注意事项,最后总结了三维激光技术在建筑物外立面测量应用方面的优势。

Abstract: This paper introduces the problems of the low efficiency and difficulty in drawing complex building contours based on the traditional means of facade measurement.Firstly,the technical process of building facade measurement based on 3D laser scanner is discussed.Then,the data collection,internal processing methods and matters needing attention in the operation process are expounded with a real case in Xiamen.Finally,the advantages of 3D laser technology in building facade measurement are summarized.
