Abstract: This paper summaries the current development situation of the regulations and technologies of filing specialized archives. And taking the archives of surveying, mapping and geoinformation for example, this paper points out the problems existing in filing the specialized archives, and puts forward the solutions to strengthening specialized archives filing, so as to achieve the goal of filing specialized archives completely, systematically and normatively. This paper also looks into the future of specialized archives filing in the end, and recommends some technological ways for strengthening the filing.
