Abstract: In recent years,"multi-plan integration" is an actively promoted reform taken by our party and the nation.It is an effective method to promote modernization of urban management system and governance capability.Information system is an important technical support for "multi-plan integration" work,department planning data sharing and cohesion of planning process.In today's world,smart city construction is in full swing and government reform measures such as "map world","internet plus government services" are vigorously propelled.In the above context,how to construct an efficient "multi-plan integration" information platform combining with existing smart city results is a question that requires comprehensive consideration.After analyzing the construction experience of typical cities in China,this paper takes Nanjing as an example and uses TOGAF to design the data architecture,business architecture,application architecture and technology architecture of "multi-plan integration" information system.
