出租车GPS轨迹下的医疗设施服务半径确定

The Determination of the Service Radius of Healthcare Facility Based on Taxi GPS Trajectory

摘要: 设施服务半径大小是设施空间布局合理性的重要体现。传统研究大都基于理论的方法,缺少实际数据的验证。本文提出了基于出租车GPS轨迹确定医疗设施服务半径的方法,并以深圳市三级医院为研究对象,验证该方法的有效性。研究表明,深圳市三级医院的访问人群集中在9.km范围内,4.km是比较合理的服务半径。从医疗设施服务范围在各行政区域的空间分布上看,深圳市三级医院布局呈现出较大的不均衡性,然而通过质心分析法综合人口的分布状况研究,其空间分布与人口密度分布相差不远。

Abstract: The service radius study is an important embodiment of the rationality of facility's layout.The defect of traditional research is that the theory-base radius lacks the verification of actual data.In this paper,authors propose a method which analyzes the service radius of the facilities based on taxi trajectory data and then verifies the validity of the method using the tertiary hospital of Shenzhen city.The result shows that the visitors of the tertiary hospital in Shenzhen are mostly within 9.km and 4.km may be a reasonable service radius.From the perspective of the spatial distribution of the healthcare facilities service area in each district,the layout of the tertiary hospital in Shenzhen shows relatively imbalance.However,the spatial distribution of tertiary hospital is not far from that of the population density through centroid analysis.
