Abstract: During approving “the use of national secrets based on surveying and mapping results”, the process involves various sectors and staff, and multiple attending, verifying and filling resulted from problems like the authenticity of users' information, the authority of materials, etc. This paper introduces the construction of departmental data warehouse during the construction of surveying and mapping service platform, the “standard + application” metadata management strategy and key technologies such as the QR code-based cross-network information transmission. The application results show that the research on the technologies above can better solve the problems of delay, low-efficiency, traceability and authority of electronic materials such as licenses and certificates, and can support the “one stop” results service and approval distribution of provincial, city and county levels, which is also in line with the “once at most” reform requirements and beneficial to the studies of similar issues.
