Analysis and Design of Real Estate Remote-backup System Based on the internet of Things: A Case Study in Guangzhou

Abstract:

The result data of real estate registration is an important basic material which clarifies ownership and content of real estate rights,thus it should be backed up regularly,and meanwhile the corresponding security responsibility system should also be established and perfected.In order to effectively solve the storage security problem of real estate registration data in Guangzhou city,in this paper,a safety-guaranteed system using to remote-backup of real estate registration results is developed based on the structure of the internet of things and some special equipment,such as the intelligent storage cabinets,the intelligent logistics boxes and the hand-held RFID readers,are designed,and the whole process of monitoring and management the real estate registration results is realized including data backup,storage,transportation and remote-backup.This paper builds a set of remote-backup system of real estate registration results in Guangzhou city,and ensures the data security and the continuous operation of registration work.This research has an important practical significance,and as can provide a great reference meaning for other cities.
