Abstract: Real estate cadastral surveying is a basic surveying and mapping work. The development of cadastral surveying techniques and methods can not only maximize the utilization rate of land in China, but also provide an efficient and convenient means for obtaining high-precision spatial data. The traditional total station and GPS RTK combined cadastral survey has the disadvantages of low efficiency and labor and financial expenditure. Based on the cadastral and immovable property survey project in the core area of the Hengkou demonstration area (test area), this paper proposes a combination of ground three-dimensional laser new scheme of mixed operation of scanning technology and tilt photogrammetry technology. The integration of the two technologies greatly improves work efficiency and data collection accuracy to meet the needs of real estate management and registration of complex space rights. Data acquisition speed is more than 4 times the traditional operation speed, Boundary point error is less than 3 cm.
