Abstract: Taking land-use planning and urban planning of Tianjin as the study object,this paper proposed a technical approach based on GIS Web Services for collaborative management of Land-use planning and Urban planning,which will promote land-use planning and urban planning to deeper integration,and provides an effective solution for the current land use contradiction and waste of resources,and finally achieve the purpose of promoting land resources efficient allocation and improving administrative efficiency.
