Abstract: Currently, distributed spatio-temporal database has become the mainstream measures of spatio-temporal data storage, and it is the essential method to store multi-source heterogeneous data and massive spatio-temporal data. However, when using distributed spatio-temporal database to store data, there is a problem of mass data storage and multi-user and high concurrent literacy. Therefore, the implementation of load balancing has always been a hot research topic in distributed storage technology. In this paper, the annular model is applied to the stored spatio-temporal data for the first time. This method can dynamically manage spatio-temporal data and achieve load balancing among distributed nodes in the case of high concurrency of multi-user.
