Design of the public service platform for national emergency surveying and mapping considering volunteered geographic information

Abstract

Abstract: This paper focuses on the design and overall structure of public service platform for national emergency surveying and mapping, and combines the characteristics of volunteer geographic information to explore the processing flow and application mode of this kind of information in the construction of the platform. New attempts have been made in the emergency information resource sharing and service platform construction to provide useful practices for the construction of emergency response systems in China.
