Abstract: Establishing a timely and effective satellite remote sensing emergency monitoring information service framework is an important part of capacity for carrying out the natural disaster emergency rescue. This article focuses on key technologies such as integrated data management, multi-source data processing, disaster response information analysis, and rapid release of information services. At the same time, a satellite remote sensing emergency monitoring information service framework is constructed, relying on efficient interconnection mechanisms and high-speed data channels.Through the specific application in the emergency remote sensing monitoring of forest fires in Muli, Sichuan, the real-time delivery of disaster data before and after disasters have been realized. Besides, comprehensive information services such as remote sensing interpretation image, three-dimensional topography, rescue accessibility and fire changes in disaster areas have been timely released. This framework will provide scientific guidance for the frontline fire rescue work in Sichuan Province and technical approaches for the construction of national emergency response capacity in the new period.
