Abstract: In natural resource monitoring work, there is an increasing demand for the frequency and timeliness of dynamic monitoring. In order to improve the timeliness of monitoring, this paper takes the semantic recognition of natural resources geographic information as the starting point, and establishes a set of land use relationship maps and semantic knowledge base.Through monitoring the relevant keywords on the Internet, the key information of changes in land parcel entities is obtained by comparing the knowledge maps,so as to realize automatic recognition of changes in monitored land parcels based on semantics.Combining the positioning function of basic geographic information,a set of rapid meaning discrimination mechanisms has been formed, which effectively supports the coordinated management of natural resources and ecological environment restoration work.

Key words: all elements of natural resources, basic units of natural resources, semantic of geographic information, Internet data acquisition, recognition of entity changes
