    The construction of CORS stations in China has been gradually improved and China's BDS satellite navigation system has provided services in the Asia-Pacific region. So the integration of BDS/GPS dual-mode pseudo-range differential positioning research and development is promoted. Now the pseudo-range differential positioning based on personal computer has been realized and the algorithm has also been relatively mature, but the technology based on mobile terminal to provide users with services is still relatively weak. Considering this deficiency, the grid pseudo-range differential positioning algorithm embedded in the handset was proposed, and this thought was achieved. In this paper the principle of this method was introduced and the vehicle test was analysed. Compared with the dynamic TBC results which known as true value, the results showed that the external accord accuracy of test data was 0.522 1 m and could achieve sub-meter accuracy on the horizontal direction.

    A segmentation method is proposed in this paper,based on local sample for point cloud with rich geometry features(plane,cylinder,sphere). The proposed method firstly divides point cloud by 3D grid. Then a subcell is determined by a random sample point, in which multi-primitive models are fitted, and the candidate models are got by its local score. Then the global scores are determined by statistic inference. Hence, the best model and its consensus set can be selected, and a segmentation can be made on point cloud. The experimental results show that our method can efficiently segment man-made structures rich in regular geometry shape.

    The geographic information data of mega city has the characteristics of massive volume, rapid accumulation, heterogeneous and being frequent used. In the era of big data and Web2.0, traditional storage and management of spatial data and sharing service mode lacks of data integration and mining, as well as passively serves customers without differences. It is difficult to meet the increasing requirements of richer spatial data content, quicker response and higher quality. And it is difficult to adapt to individualized demand of spatial information service. In this paper, the key technologies of personalized services and cloud spatial data centre construction have been researched, personalized situational data application mode is proposed, a method of online heterogeneous space data integration has been described, individual spatial data and traditional spatial data service integration is realized based on NoSQL. Taking Beijing as an example, a mega cities space cloud data centre based on private cloud has been built, which is reliable, efficient, expandable and has high participation degree and provides personalized spatial services.

    In the process of 3D modeling of terrestrial 3D laser scanner, it is necessary to splice the point cloud of different stations. In order to improve the accuracy of point cloud registration, the influence of four factors, such as the number of scanning points on the surface, the distribution and the number of targets, and the scanning distance, on the accuracy of the point cloud registration in different stations of the 3D laser scanner is studied. FOCUS 3D laser scanner was used to simulate the different point of view, the number of targets, the distribution of different targets and different points, and then, the SENCE software is used to analyze the precision of point cloud.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the point cloud stitching is the best when the number of scanning points on the target surface of the two stations is approximately equal, and the 4 targets are used to connected and placed in the irregular arrangement of different heights.

    Remote sensing image classification provides an important method for the extraction of land cover information in coastal areas which is essential part of the national general survey of geographic conditions. This paper establishes the land cover classification system in coastal areas and then utilizes the classification method based on object-oriented GLC decision tree developed by Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping to extract the land cover information in coastal areas on the bases of a GF-1 high-resolution remote sensing image. This paper conducts classification experiment by choosing an area and compares the results with the reference classification image which verifies the validity and superiority of the proposed method. Its overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient are 87.201 8%,0.840 6 separately which are both higher than SVM. At the end of this thesis, the extraction process flow of land cover information in coastal areas based on the high-resolution remote sensing image is summarized.

    To solve the problem of vehicle cross-country passage planning, the main influencing factors on cross-country passage have been analyzed. It proposed a data model which using hexagonal grid to do terrain quantization, researched on the spatial data structure and the modeling process of attribute information of hexagonal grid. The factors of influencing vehicle cross-country passage have been got on classification analysis, focus on the influence of terrain, roads, slope, et al. For vehicular traffic cross-country passage levels, it proposed a comprehensive multi-factor analysis method. Finally, the cross-country passage analysis model under the combined effects of multiple factors has been established.

    For the DSM of the traditional aerial images acquisition, the lack information of the facade,the local floor and the roof of the building, the problem which difficult to obtain high precision DEM, the method of extracting high precision DEM from oblique image is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the structure of cloud point of oblique image acquisition is analyzed, the DSM has a geometric constraint characteristics which can well distinguish between ground points and ground feature points in the city. Then it points out that the filtering is the key technology to obtain the high precision digital elevation model (DEM), and proposes a filtering method based on region growing segmentation TIN.Finally, the filtering experiment and algorithm validation are carried out by the oblique image data of Dunhua City, Jilin Province.The experimental results show that the method can quickly and effectively remove the different sizes of buildings,vegetation and other objects, and obtain high precision DEM.

    Extracting buildings from LiDAR cloud points quickly and precisely is a difficult and hot spot in current research. On the basis of analysing existing building extraction methods sufficiently, a building extraction method is proposed based on LiDAR point cloud. Firstly, initial building contour points are extracted according to geometric characteristics of buildings. To eliminate false building contour points, distribution of LiDAR point cloud is then calculated by constructing the local covariance matrix. Finally, buffer zones are built based on clustering result of building contour points by using DBSCAN clustering algorithm, all building contour points in each buffer zone are selected as initial seed points, and multi-seed points region growing process, adopting a cylinder neighborhood system, is applied to achieve extracting buildings quickly and accurately. Two sets of experiments, concluding a total of five datasets, have been realized to verify all aspects performance of the algorithm. Experimental results show that the method can extract multistorey and complex buildings accurately and effectively, and performs high efficiency and strong applicability.

    BPANN algorithm is commonly used for estimating water depth from satellite imagery. In this paper, an improved BPANN algorithm is presented to overcome some disadvantages of BPANN algorithm. Its principle is that particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used to optimize the weights and thresholds of ANN in the process of training. The experiments show that improved BPANN algorithm has faster convergence speed and better generalization ability, it is not sensitive to initial weights and thresholds, and it can make more accurate results than BPANN algorithm.

    For analyzing the regulation of surface residual deformation above old goaf, the surface residual deformation regulation above Xinhuai factory by remote sensing interpretation method and surface residual deformation monitoring is studied, and the dynamic residual deformation regulation with historical archive data and real-time data monitoring based on GM(1,1) model is predicted. According to the inversion of historical archive data. The result shows that the maximum sinkage is 100 mm from January 2009 to December 2011; the maximum residual sinkage is 55 mm from January 2012 to December 2013; the residual subsidence of surface monitoring point is stable. The research result could provide reference for the building foundation residual deformation monitoring work above old goaf.

    Orientation is of great importance for mobile mapping survey. The azimuths of inertial measure unit(IMU), dual antenna GNSS and trajectory fitting in static and dynamic environment are analyzed by measured data from a mobile mapping system. The result shows that azimuth of dual antenna GNSS is more precise than azimuth of IMU in static environment. While azimuths of IMU and trajectory fitting have better performance in dynamic environment, azimuth of dual antenna GNSS has higher absolute precision in the curve sections.

    In recent years, as an indoor positioning benchmark, geomagnetism has become a hot research field. This paper deeply studied geomagnetic indoor positioning technology,analyzed the interference of the indoor magnetic materials and electronic equipment to the magnetic field by a large number of experiments, and explored the characteristics of indoor magnetic field to prove the feasibility of magnetic field information as a basis for positioning; developed a data acquisition platform for intelligent geomagnetism using Arduino IDE. The platform is equipped with a variety of sensors, such as the HMC5983 magnetic sensor, inertial navigation sensors and so on. We can use it to collect the geomagnetic data of a certain density, and use the Kriging method to process the difference of geomagnetic data. The final result is the generation of 2 cm interval of the size of the grid geomagnetic map to become the indoor positioning reference map stored in the database.

    The heterogeneous isomorphism of the thematic maps is analyzed and discussed. Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional map decoration methods, a method of map decoration is proposed based on the template associated model. Its main idea is to extract the common and individual characteristics of the auxiliary elements in the thematic map based on the template associated model, and construct a method of map decoration which secondary-logically associated with the geographic elements and auxiliary elements according to the principles of object-oriented designation, achieving fast batch production of thematic map. It shows that the method is more reusable and more efficient compared with traditional methods when applied into practice.

    At present, there are almost 2000 GNSS CORS stations across China as the construction of GNSS continuous operation reference station network nearly completed. With the increase of the amount of the sites, the efficiency of GNSS data processing urgently need to improve, while the traditional high precision data processing software represent the deficiency to compute so many more data. Based on BERNESE5.2 software, the data processing method of large scale GNSS network amount to 260 stations by CMONOC project is studied. The fast, efficient and high precision data computing capability had been got by modifying source program and utilizing the parallel computation technology. The experiment shows that the data of 260 stations in a single day can be processed within 1 hour without divided into sub-net to get the daily constrained coordinate in ITRF2008 frame with a millimeter scale accuracy, which highly improves the data processing capability of large scale GNSS network for national data center.

    During the process of operation in CORS, the significant change of coordinate on reference station(s) must be updated for the relative subsidence, station transition, antenna replacement, et al. Firstly, principle and method of CORS coordinate reference frame updating is described in details. Then, antenna radome problem is discovered from the change of coordinate of reference stations in Guangdong CORS, and solution of eccentric observation is discussed. The coordinate updating problems of single station and frame network are studied and solved which guarantee continuous and high-accuracy operation of Guangdong CORS, and continuity of coordinate reference frame.

    The model and methods of ortho-rectification based on single-map surveying and mapping vector data has been studied in this article. But how to manage to do is the obstacle during surveying and mapping.After several different experiments,we found that the data from single-map surveying and mapping ortho-recitification can meet the requirements of 1:10 000 DLG mapping accuarcy,and can be used as vector data results,which has simplified the interior work procedure by avoiding redrawing vector data,improved the efficient of 1:10 000 DLG data production and provided important technical support for integration of indoor and outdoor aerial survey.

    DOM is one of the fundamental datasets for the surveying and mapping geographic information services. According to the data status in the production unit and the application requirements of the digital watermark for remote sense images, an invisible digital watermark scheme based on the multi-scale characteristics designed for DOM is proposed in this work. Firstly, this scheme extracts multi-scale characteristics using wavelet decomposition and Harris detector. Watermark embedding areas are computed and optimized based on these multi-scale characteristics. Then digital watermarks are imbedded into these areas by using spread-spectrum DWT algorithm. Finally, watermarks are extracted with DOM attribute data as the auxiliary information. The watermarked DOM is evaluated in the aspects of subjective analysis, objective analysis and robustness analysis. Experiments and analysis show that multiple watermarks can be automatically and effectively embedded into DOM by the scheme proposed in this work. The strategies of multiple watermarks and attribute information greatly improve the watermark robustness and the success ratio of watermark detection. This work also proves that the scheme satisfies the invisibility, safety, effectiveness and robustness demand of digital watermark in the practical production.

    In this paper, we extracted point cloud data from image of UAV with overlapping regions. There are some noise points while extracting the data. These noise points will have a great impact on the image classification and other operations. Therefore, we need to remove the noise points. A grid method is used to remove the sparse points above the point cloud. StatisticalOutlierRemoval filter of PCL Library is used to remove outliers noise. A bilateral filter is used to deal with small noise. Through experiments, we can not only retain the characteristics, but also remove the noise points.

    Based on the principle of the oblique distance between two points, this paper selects the research data, designs procedure and calculates the difference between the calculated horizontal distance by slope distance and the projection distance to the ellipsoid. Further, the error contour is drawn, and the variation of the horizontal distance error with the variation of the distance between two points and the vertical right angle is studied.

    Based on the building information of 6 streets in Zhongshan District of Dalian City,the building landscape index is selected and ArcGIS spatial statistics and multi-distance spatial clustering analysis method is used to study the spatial pattern of architectural landscape in 10 years. The results showed that:(1) From 2003 to 2013,the landscape of the street buildings gradually expanded from horizontal to vertical space, in which Qingniwaqiao street, Renminlun street and Haijunguangchang street changed obviously. (2) When the scale is 928.68 m, the spatial distribution of the four types of buildings are clustered. When it is more than 928.68 m, the spatial aggregation degree of the ultra-tall buildings decreases in 2003. By 2013, high-rise buildings with the increase in the scale of aggregation gradually reduced, low-rise buildings, multistory buildings and ultra-tall buildings in the spatial distribution of a certain aggregation state.

    Nowadays, mobile map applications have been applied everywhere. Protecting the copy rights and some private information of the maps is a hot topic. An encryption method for map tiles in mobile application is given in this paper, the sequence of the tiles would be scrambled by the random numbers, which are created by the tile's row, column and level values. This approach is able to keep the map unreadable in the illegal application, which can enhance the protection.

This paper analyzes the necessity of BIM technology in the field of national geographical conditions monitoring, and studies the application of BIM technology in the information model creation, deformation prediction, information acquisition and management and so on.Through further statistical analysis, the surveying and mapping unit can excavate the geographical element information contained in the BIM results of the building and create conditions for the monitoring of the whole covered geographical conditions.

    Provincial inspection of land change survey is a time-consuming and laborious task. In order to improve the efficiency of provincial inspection of land change survey, to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of inspection results, a set of quality control framework is proposed based on process and data version. Then the provincial inspection system of land change survey in Guangdong Province is designed and implemented. The system can achieve flexible configuration and convenient use of quality inspection framework, management quality inspection rules intensively, custom quality program flexibility to adapt to different annual changes in quality inspection rules. Through the application of the Guangdong Provincial Land Survey and Planning Institute, it proves that the system can improve the operating efficiency significantly and ensure the reliability of the inspection results.

    Insulation configuration can fundamentally reduce the probability of pollution flashover on the basis of lowering the external insulation configuration and the maintenance cost. The complete insulator data can provide reliable support for scientific and reasonable insulation configuration and selection. A new method for selecting and evaluating insulator that connected 3D measurement data of insulators and key influencing factors of anti pollution flashover is proposed. Multi-condition selection and evaluation model are used in this method that realized the rapid insulator selection and greatly improved the efficiency of insulation configuration.

    At present, gaps exist in the practice teaching content and teaching organization between GIS and RS in non-geomatics specialty. No further spatial analysis and knowledge mining after data extraction by RS, and data sources for GIS are out of date because of using sample data already done. Both of these phenomena not only lead the waste of data resources, but also make students short of the overall process of geomatics project. The logical relationship between the two courses was clarified and Spatial Data Collection and Analysis Integrated Practice teaching method was put forward to combine the practice teaching for the two courses. The teaching content was designed to solve scientific problems in urban and village plan field and featured as total project process:Spatial data was extracted from high resolution remote sensing imagery and taken as GIS data source, then urban plan indices were calculated through spatial analysis and solar radiance analysis was performed. The integrated practice teaching was applied in urban and village planning major in Hunan Agricultural University and the results showed that:Spatial Data Collection and Analysis Integrated Practice included spatial data collection, spatial database construction and spatial analysis with clear logic and strong operability. The integrated practice raised the students's practical ability and provided reference for the teaching reforming for related courses in other universities and professionals.
