Abstract: This article presents a method about aggregating and segmenting the building model which based on cadastral range, door model. Developing the technology which segmenting real estate model in vertical and horizontal, and aggregating real estate model based on the same property rights. Forming technology in the manufacturing process which start from collecting data, building model date and relating property rights. Using the technical of MD5 to be related the real estate model and property rights, implements the comprehensive of all kinds of 3D data visualization and dissolve analysis, which provides more intuitive decision support in 3D real estate property rights management.
