摘要: 在规划和国土部门合并的背景下,原规划和国土系统也亟待整合。本文以南京市为例,结合“工程建设改革”及“多审合一”的要求,分析了原南京规划和国土业务的交叉点,研究了系统整合的关键流程和技术,提出了系统整合的方案。

Abstract: In the context of the merger of planning and land department, the original planning and land system also need to be integrated. Taking Nanjing as an example, combined with the requirements of “engineering construction reform” and “integration of multiple reviews”, this paper analyzes the intersection of the original Nanjing planning and land business, studies the key process and technology of system integration, and puts forward the scheme of system integration.
