一种利用FME及地块四至信息对界址线类别批量赋值的方法

A Batch Assignment Method of Category of Boundary Line Based on FME and Information of Relative Location of Adjoining Parcels

摘要: 在农村土地承包经营权确权登记过程中,需要利用已有的地块四至信息对界址线类别进行赋值,但大多数数据入库软件是通过人工判读界址线类别,然后手动输入到界址线属性表当中的,不仅工作量巨大,且不可避免会造成输入错误。本文利用FME WorkBench2015软件,首先提取了每宗地块的东、南、西、北4个方向的权属线,然后分析了权属线与地块界址线之间的空间拓扑关系,以便对界址线类别进行批量赋值;通过在实际生产项目中的应用,证明了本文所采用的方法是可行的、实用的、有效的。

Abstract: In the process of registration of rural land contractual management right, it is necessary to use the existing information of relative location of adjoining parcels to assign the category of boundary line. But most of the data storage software is operated by manual interpretation of the category of boundary line, and then manually entered the category of boundary line into the boundary line attribute table. Manual operation is not only a huge workload, but also inevitably lead to input errors. This paper takes advantage of FME WorkBench 2015 software. Firstly, it extracts the ownership lines of the east, south, west and north of each parcel, and then analyzes the spatial topological relations between the ownership lines and the boundary line of parcel, in order to carry on the batch assignment to the boundary line type. Through the application in the actual production project, it is proved that this method is feasible, practical and effective.
