利用激光点云数据求取风电塔倾斜度的试验

Experimental Study on the Tilt of Wind Turbine Tower by Using Laser Point Cloud Data

摘要: 风电塔的日常运营维护是非常重要的工作,利用地面三维激光扫描技术对风力发电塔的倾斜观测进行研究具有重要实际意义。本文选择马陵山风电项目7#风电塔作为研究对象,利用徕卡C10三维激光扫描仪获取激光点云数据,并利用Cyclone软件进行数据预处理。利用Cyclone软件获取塔筒40个截面中心坐标并计算倾斜度,与同步全站仪获取的倾斜度进行对比分析。研究结果表明:利用地面三维激光扫描技术对风电塔的倾斜观测更加全面,而且满足监测精度要求,具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract: The daily operation and maintenance of the wind power tower is very important. It is of great practical significance to study the tilt observation of the wind power tower by using ground 3D laser scanning technology. Selection of maling wind power project 7# wind turbine tower as the research object, using the Leica C10 3D laser scanner laser point cloud data, and the data are processed by Cyclone software. Cyclone software is used to obtain the center coordinates of 40 sections of the tower barrel, and the slope is calculated and compared with that obtained by the synchronous total station. The results show that the ground-based three-dimensional laser scanning technique is more comprehensive and meets the requirements of monitoring accuracy, and has great application value.
