Construction of Submitting Regulatory Detailed Planning for Approval System Based on Business and Spatial Monitoring in Parallel—Taking Nanjing as an Example

摘要: 研究了基于工作流的GIS质检方法,提出了一种业务与空间检测协同的控规报审报批系统实现思路,并以南京市为例研究了系统建设方法;解决了控规报审报批过程中存在的多业务流程相交织、OA流程与GIS流程相交织的问题。通过空间检测及GIS空间分析实现了控规报审报批流程中的部分指标技术审查,促进了控规技术审查的科学性和审查效率。

Abstract: This paper studies on a GIS data quality checking method base on workflow, presents an implement mentality of submitting regulatory detailed planning for approval system based on business and spatial monitoring in parallel and studies the system construction method taking Nanjing for instance. The paper resolves the problem of multi-process interleaving and the interleaving of OA and GIS. Checking of some technical specifications in the process is implemented base on spatial monitoring and GIS spatial analysis, which improves the efficiency and scientificity of the technical checking of regulatory detailed planning.
