Abstract

Abstract:

Real estate measurement is mainly to measure and investigate housing and its land use status, and provide data and data for property rights, housing management, real estate development and utilization, tax collection, and urban planning and construction. The measurement of real estate is the measurement of the combination of the conventional surveying and mapping technology and the real estate management business. Real estate measurement is the same as urban topographic survey and cadastral survey, but the contents and requirements are different because of the different service objects.
