Abstract: The ETC has been vigorously promoted in the national highway toll.For some of the problems found in the operation,the paper researches and designs the highway toll collection system based on Internet plus ITC (internet toll collection),and comprehensive applies mobile Internet technology,mobile GIS technology,BDS positioning technology,license plate recognition technology,image recognition technology,mobile payment technology,implements the registration of the vehicle and the audit by the mobile APP technology,pays tolls by mobile.Thus,the purpose of the vehicle to pass the highway without parking fee is realized.
