Research on practical teaching and learning for industry-education integration of surveying and mapping geographic information specialties

Abstract: Against the background of rapid development of economy and industrial structure,the requirements for practical ability of surveying,mapping and geographic information majors have increased significantly. Local undergraduate colleges and universities face the problems of insufficient resources and in-depth school-enterprise cooperation in practice teaching,which limits the cultivation of students' engineering practice ability. To cope with these challenges,this paper proposes to strengthen the integration of industry and education,optimize teaching resources,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve the incentive of competition,improve the teaching links,innovate the teaching methods,and establish a quality assurance mechanism oriented to the results. Through the in-depth promotion of industry-education integration and the data-driven evaluation system,the content and methods of practical teaching are adjusted in time to improve the quality of practical teaching and the comprehensive quality of students. These measures aim to cultivate high-quality applied talents that meet the needs of modern industries,and to improve the educational quality and market competitiveness of local undergraduate colleges and universities.
