摘要: 提出了一种利用一类支持向量机(OC-SVM)进行特定目标地物提取的改进最佳波段组合方法(MOIF)。以Landsat8卫星影像作为数据源,对江苏省沿海滩涂光伏电站进行了提取试验,并利用人工解译的结果进行了精度评定。结果表明,本文提出的波段组合方法能够有效提取特定的目标地物。

Abstract: This paper presents a modified optimum index factor based on one-class support vector machine for extracting specific object. The proposed method was used to extract the photovoltaic power station from the Landsat 8 satellite image in Jiangsu coastal zone. The accuracy evaluation was conducted by referencing the visual interpretation results. The proposed method is useful to extract the specific object from satellite image.
