摘要: 随着远距离海洋工程项目的不断展开,对北斗高精度的定位需求越来越迫切,而远海地区常规地基增强建设及差分传输方式无法实施。为解决远海北斗高精度定位的难题,本文采用北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)的短报文功能进行精密单点定位误差改正数的播发,向观测用北斗卫星终端发送精度较高的卫星钟误差、星历误差改正值,实现了北斗卫星改正信息的远程传输,传输距离被大大拓展,不再受地域的限制,并大大提高了北斗系统定位精度,为北斗技术在海洋工程中的应用拓展了空间。

Abstract: With the development of long distance ocean engineering project, high precision positioning of BeiDou satellite is greatly needed, the conventional ground based augmentation system and differential transmission can not be implemented in far away sea area. To solve the problem of BeiDou high precision positioning, BeiDou satellite system with short message function is used to broadcast precise point positioning error correction. By sending the observed correction of satellite clock error and ephemeris error of high precision to BeiDou satellite terminal, the remote transmission of the BeiDou satellite correction information is realized, the transmission distance is greatly expanded, no longer subject to geographical restrictions. The positioning accuracy of the BeiDou system is greatly improved, and the application of BeiDou technology in ocean engineering is expanded.
