摘要: 新型城镇化背景下,规划信息化建设成为促进规划转型发展的重要手段。随着新一代信息技术的迅猛发展,新一代规划信息基础设施——智慧城市规划云平台将成为未来规划信息化建设的重要内容。本文从总体架构、业务流程、功能设计3个方面开展智慧城市规划云平台的架构设计,以期为规划信息化建设及相关规划软件研发提供参考。

Abstract: Under the background of new ubanization, the construction of planning informatization has become an important means to promote the transformation and development of the planning. With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, the new generation of planning informatization infrastructure, Smart City Planning Cloud Platform, will become an important content of future planning informatization construction. This paper designs the architecture of the Smart City Planning Cloud Platform from three aspects:overall structure, business process and function designing to provide a reference for planning informatization construction and related software development.
