沿海县市级地面沉降信息管理系统的研究

摘要: 杭嘉湖地区沿海县市积累了大量丰富的地面沉降观测数据,开发并建立一套地面沉降信息管理系统,有效地管理这些数据,并进一步总结沿海县市的地面沉降变化规律,分析地面沉降机理,对防震减灾、城市规划建设等都具有十分重要的意义。本文首先对系统需求进行了分析,并对系统框架、关键技术进行了研究,在此基础上开发出一套地面沉降信息管理系统,并在杭嘉湖地区多个城市得到了应用和推广。

Abstract: The coastal counties and cities in Hang-Hia-Hu area have accumulated abundant observation data of land subsidence, develop and establish a set of land subsidence information management system to managed these data effectively,and to further summarize the law of land subsidence change in coastal counties and cities, and to analyze the mechanism of land subsidence, which is of great significance to earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, urban planning and construction. Firstly, the system requirements are analyzed, and the system framework and key technologies are studied. On this basis, a set of land subsidence information management system is developed, which has been applied and promoted in many cities in Hangjiahu area.
