Abstract:

In view of the problem that the conventional GIS hinder the further social application of geographic information,this paper proposes and develops a set of new geographic information sharing application platform which combines the internet crowd-funding and user self-service.Based on the related supporting mechanism,both sides of supply and requisitioning parties for geographic information can realize docking and mutual aid accurately.At the same time,based on the related function modules of the platform,both sides of supply and requisitioning parties for geographic information can retrieve and obtain the geographic information resources,and then make self-service combination application of the resources.The applications show that compared with the "conventional GIS application system",this platform has more advantages.And it can effectively reduce the professional threshold and promote the sharing application of geographic information across different departments and regions.
