Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization, urban construction has obtained a great achievement. Meanwhile, some chaotics emerged such as big, foreign and new scales etc. As an important technical means to guide urban space construction, urban design was highly valued. This manuscript mainly introduced that Nanjing carried out the research and construction of integrated urban design management platform based on current three-dimensional GIS by taking the national pilot city of urban design as an opportunity and taking the problem as the orientation, and then realized a full-process solution for urban design management from the standard to data production and from platform construction to system application, as well as assisted creating good urban space environment to meet the need of Nanjing urban planning, construction and management and could provide relevant experience to other cities.
