Abstract: In recent years, many cities in China has explored multiple planning integration as a method to establish an integrated spatial planning system. The key for resolving the problem is to improve business collaboration between relative departments. This paper, in combination with Zhuhai's practices, explores business collaboration mechanism including data sharing, collaborative planning, project planning and establishment mechanism based on the research of business collaboration. Based on GIS, this paper also explores the design and realization in building a platform of five planning integration.
