全站扫描技术在钢结构几何质量检测中的应用

摘要: 钢结构吊装单元几何质量检测是钢结构施工的重要组成部分,其几何质量检测具有精度要求高,节点位置不宜直接测量等特点,本文提出利用高精度全站扫描技术对钢结构进行扫描,然后对点云进行预处理、规则面拟合、节点坐标计算、三维坐标转换,得到在设计坐标系下被检测钢结构各节点坐标,最后评价钢结构的几何质量。通过理论和实践研究表明:该方法能够满足钢结构几何质量检测的要求。

Abstract: Steel structure geometric quality inspection is an important part of steel structure construction. High accuracy is an important factor in quality inspection, but the node location cannot be directly measured because of welding. High precision total station scanning technology is used to scan steel structure in the paper, and then the point cloud is preprocessed, the surface equations are established, node coordinates in measuring coordinate system are calculated, and are converted to design coordinate system, finally the geometric quality of steel structure is evaluated. The theoretical and practical researches shows that the method can match geometric quality inspection of steel structures.
