摘要: 随着我国城市化进程的推进,既有房屋逐渐老化,房屋安全问题凸显。本文分析了影响房屋安全的因素,并确定了房屋安全监测内容,基于物联网技术对系统进行了总体架构设计,并从硬件、数据库、功能方面进行了设计与实现。该系统可实时监测房屋安全状况,并进行危险险情报警;该系统的应用实施将提高房屋安全管理水平,实现房屋管理精细化和智能化。

Abstract: With the advancement of China's urbanization process,existing houses are gradually aging,resulting in occasionally happened building safety issues. This paper analyzes the factors affecting housing safety and determines the content of housing safety monitoring. Based on the Internet of things technology, the overall architecture design of the system is carried out, and the design and implementation are implemented on hardware, database and function. The system can monitor the safety status of the house in real time and carry out dangerous danger alarms. The application of the system will improve the level of housing safety management and achieve refined and intelligent housing management.
