摘要: 为实现对工程建设项目海量多源异构数据的高效管理与共享,更好地服务审批监管,本文从工程建设项目审批、管理、服务和监管的全局角度,提出建立工程建设项目全生命周期“多测合一”综合服务平台,深入研究了平台实施过程中涉及的时空大数据、多源异构数据融合、GIS+BIM及三维等关键技术,并给出应用案例,为工程建设项目联合测绘相关平台建设提供了参考。

Abstract: From the standpoint of approval, management, services and supervision in the construction project field, this paper proposes to construct the platform for the full life-cycle of the construction project and then further explores the key technologies involved in multi-source data integration, the spatio-temporal data, GIS,BIM and 3D for the purpose of the management, sharing and service of these mass,multi-source and heterogeneous data for approval, management, services and supervision. At last, this paper showes the examples of the usage of these technologies to provide a reference for the others.
