摘要: 对于大面积、城市级、多敏感区域的超大城市,综合考虑安全、效率、空域等因素,利用直升机飞行平台搭载多镜头倾斜相机,采用倾斜摄影测量技术方法,能及时有效地获取现场三维实景。本文基于直升机在超大城市倾斜摄影测量中的应用,快速高效地获取了被测区域的多视角高分辨率影像数据,并利用影像数据进行三维建模,构建可量测的三维模型,以满足超大城市中精细化治理要求。

Abstract: For mega cities with large areas, city level, and multiple sensitive areas, taking into account factors such as safety, efficiency, and airspace, a helicopter flight platform equipped with multi lens tilt cameras is adopted, and oblique photogrammetry technology is used to timely and effectively obtain on-site 3D real scenes. This project is based on the application of helicopter oblique photogrammetry technology in mega cities, which can quickly and efficiently obtain multi view high-resolution image data of the measured area. By using image data for 3D modeling, measurable 3D models can be constructed to meet the requirements of refined governance in mega cities.
