Abstract:

In order to solve the common problems of low accuracy,delayed update and low-level shared application of underground pipeline information,this paper puts forward a clear underground pipeline information comprehensive management institution,innovates the comprehensive management mechanism of leadership management decision-making,execution coordination network and multi-level communication channel,and constructs a centralized management mode.This paper summarizes the underground pipeline information management experience in Pudong new area,puts forward the life-cycle information communication and collection mechanism,improves the pipeline measurement and exchange system,establishes the information management platform and the normal safeguard measures.
