摘要:

建筑信息模型(BIM)技术以其三维、实时且全生命周期的建筑信息管理模式,为地理国情监测提供了新的信息获取途径和方法。本文分析了BIM技术在地理国情监测应用中的必要性和可行性,研究了BIM技术在地理国情监测的模型创建、变形预测、信息获取与管理等方面的应用。测绘单位可通过进一步的统计分析工作,挖掘建筑BIM成果中蕴含的地理要素信息,为全覆盖的地理国情监测创造条件。

Abstract:

Building information model (BIM) technology provides a new way for national geographical conditions monitoring,because of its three-dimensional, dynamic and life cycle of information management model. This paper analyzes the necessity of BIM technology in the field of national geographical conditions monitoring, and studies the application of BIM technology in the information model creation, deformation prediction, information acquisition and management and so on.Through further statistical analysis, the surveying and mapping unit can excavate the geographical element information contained in the BIM results of the building and create conditions for the monitoring of the whole covered geographical conditions.
