基于无人机的智能化堆场管理平台设计与实现——以日照港为例

摘要: 随着全球贸易的持续增长,港口作为物流链的关键节点,其运营效率与管理水平直接影响到整体物流体系的效能。山东港口日照港,作为我国重要的散货运输枢纽港,面临着堆场管理复杂、效率低下等难题。本文针对日照港的实际需求,设计并实现了一套基于无人机的智能化堆场管理平台,旨在结合人工智能等信息化手段,提升堆场管理的智能化水平,通过无人机智能跑跺提高堆场利用率,降低运营成本。本文详细阐述了平台的设计思路、技术架构、关键功能及创新点,并以日照港为例进行了实证分析,盘垛效率提高90%以上,提升堆场垛位管理的作业效率,其次,分析评估堆场堆存能力,港区堆存能力将提升10%以上。

Abstract: With the continuous growth of global trade, ports, as critical nodes in the logistics chain, have their operational efficiency and management levels directly impacting the effectiveness of the overall logistics system. Rizhao port, Shandong port, an important bulk cargo hub in China, faces challenges such as complex yard management and inefficiency. Addressing the practical needs of Rizhao port, this paper designs and implements an intelligent yard management platform based on unmanned aerial vehicles. It aims to enhance the level of intelligence in yard management by integrating information technology such as artificial intelligence, improves yard utilization through intelligent stacking operations by UAV, and reduces operational costs. This paper elaborates on the design concept, technical architecture, key functions, and innovations of the platform, and conducts an empirical analysis using Rizhao port as a case study. The results show an increase in stacking efficiency by over 90%, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of yard stacking management. Furthermore, the analysis and assessment of yard storage capacity indicate an improvement of over 10% in the port's storage capacity.
